1.桃胶、皂角米提前一晚泡发,银耳泡开后切碎。

2.慢炖锅中加入适量清水,把银耳、桃胶、皂角米和冰糖一同放入锅内。

3.慢炖锅高档位,慢炖4个小时。

4.待快完成是加入洗净的枸杞。

5.焖几分钟后即可盛出食用。

6.浓稠有胶质的银耳羹。完成。
小窍门&温馨提示
皂角米和桃胶需要提前一晚泡发,如果桃胶有些许黑色杂质要去除,银耳也分糯耳和脆耳,脆耳口感清爽,糯耳熬出来比较粘稠,随个人喜好。
